How To Use the
Inland Empire Calendar of 4x4 Events
(covering Eastern Washington and the Northern Idaho Panhandle)

You can do the following with the Inland Empire Calendar of 4x4 Events: Before adding an event, be sure you have either the URL (address) of the web page where additional information is available or an e-mail address where additional information can be obtained!

The calendar consists of several calendars:

Calendar Name Calendar Description
4x4 Events This is the main calendar. From this calendar you can see the items on all of the other calendars!
Events that do not belong to any of the other calendars are posted in this calendar.
Holidays List of various holidays and special days
S4W (Spokane 4 Wheelers calendar) Events sponsored by the Spokane 4 Wheelers

How to Add An Event:
Send me an containing the following information:
To Receive E-Mail Notifications of Upcoming Events:
  1. Left click on the event - a window will open with the basic event information
  2. Click on the "Email a reminder for this event" link
  3. Enter your e-mail address where it says "your_email@address.com". Be sure you enter a valid e-mail address!
  4. Using the drop-down box, select how far in advance you would like to receive the e-mail notification
  5. You can enter any additional text in the "Extra Text" dialog box
  6. You can check the box "Send a reminder right now, to make sure it works." to test the e-mail address you entered!
  7. Click the "Do it" button to do it!!!

    If you want to receive more than one advance notification, just complete the above steps for each notification you wish to receive. For example: one week in advance, two days in advance, and one day in advance. There is no limit to the number of advance notifications you can receive!
